Job Description
- Develops and executes comprehensive sustainability strategies for client portfolios . This includes setting measurable ESG goals, identifying improvement opportunities across properties, and creating roadmaps to achieve net-zero targets or other sustainability objectives.
- Collecting, analyzing, and reporting ESG data. This includes tracking energy consumption, water usage, waste management, carbon emissions, and social impact metrics. The manager ensures data accuracy and compliance with reporting frameworks.
- To serves as a subject matter expert, advising clients on sustainability best practices, regulatory requirements, certification processes , and emerging ESG trends in commercial real estate.
- Developing and managing initiatives such as energy efficiency programs, renewable energy procurement, waste reduction campaigns, wellness programs, and community engagement activities
