ERP Specialist

Role Description The ERP Specialist will be responsible for managing, configuring, and optimizing the organization’s ERP software to support core business processes. This full-time, on-site role is based in Noida and involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, map workflows, and translate them into effective ERP solutions. Day-to-day tasks include system configuration, data validation, user support, troubleshooting, and creating or maintaining documentation for ERP-related processes. The ERP Specialist will analyze current business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement enhancements within the ERP system. The role also includes coordinating with external vendors or technical teams when needed, conducting user training sessions, and ensuring ERP data integrity and compliance with internal policies.
Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Business Process and Business Process Improvement, with the ability to analyze workflows and identify optimization opportunities.
• Hands-on experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and ERP Software configuration, implementation, and support.
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills for interpreting data, troubleshooting system issues, and supporting process-driven decision-making.
• Familiarity with insurance, technology services, or professional services environments is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Ability to work on-site in Noida, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with user training, documentation, and change management within ERP or similar business systems is preferred.
