Role Description

The ERP Presales Consultant is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi, OH. The individual will work closely with the sales and technical teams to understand client needs and deliver tailored ERP solutions. Responsibilities include presenting product demonstrations, creating detailed proposals, offering pre-sales technical support, and assisting with requirement discussion sessions. The role involves building strong client relationships, addressing customer queries, and ensuring a smooth transition between the sales team and the implementation team.

Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems, particularly SAP solutions, and experience in conducting functional requirement analysis.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills to deliver clear, concise product demonstrations and proposals.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including technical experts and sales professionals.
  • Problem-solving skills with experience in addressing client concerns and tailoring solutions to meet their unique needs.
  • Knowledge of industries and practices related to ERP and compliance, with a focus on vendor and scheme management, bank integrations, and enterprise solutions.
  • Proficiency in project management and multitasking to manage multiple pre-sales activities simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field; professional certifications in SAP or similar ERP systems is advantageous.
  • Proven experience in ERP pre-sales, with knowledge of software implementation cycles and post-sales support preferred.
