Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced ERP Change & Release Management Specialist to support

enterprise ERP operations across SAP and Non-SAP landscapes utilizing Rev-Trac and

ServiceNow.

The role will be responsible for executing and governing ERP Change and Release Management

processes, ensuring deployment integrity, transport governance, compliance adherence,

operational stability, and successful release execution across ERP landscapes.

The individual will work closely with Product Teams, ERP Functional and Technical Teams, BASIS

Teams, Service Management, and Rev-Trac support partners to coordinate changes, releases,

deployments, and continuous process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

KKExecute and support end-to-end ERP Change and Release Management processes using Rev-Trac and ServiceNow.

aaEnsure end-to-end traceability and ownership of changes from initiation through deployment and closure.

EEManage and coordinate ERP transport movements, sequencing, and deployment integrity across environments.

nnCoordinate release schedules, deployment activities, and post-deployment validation.

CCEnsure adherence to release calendars, deployment windows, and ERP change freeze periods.

EEEnsure compliance with established governance processes, approval workflows, audit requirements, and SOX controls.

Support CAB activities, release readiness reviews, change freeze governance, and deployment exception processes.

SSCollaborate with ERP BASIS, Functional, Technical, and Product teams to manage dependencies, risks, and deployment activities.

rrMonitor release performance, deployment outcomes, and post-release incidents, and support corrective and preventive actions.

MMMaintain accurate documentation and audit-ready records.

ssIdentify opportunities to improve change governance, release processes, and operational efficiency.

Required Experience

Mandatory

MM5 to 10 years of hands -on experience in ERP Change & Release Management in SAP Environment .

55Minimum 2 years of hands -on experience with Rev - Trac. Experience with SAP ChaRM or other SAP Change & Release Management tools is preferred .

ffExposure to Rev - Trac administration or configuration is preferred.

EEStrong understanding of ERP Transport Management and Release Governance.

RRExperience supporting large - scale ERP landscapes and production release activities.

EEExperience working within IT Operations and BAU support environments.

EEExperience supporting SAP transport management and production deployment activities.

ttExperience supporting CAB processes and Change Governance activities.

EEExperience coordinating deployments across multiple teams and stakeholders.

EEExperience working within global ERP environments supporting multiple regions, business units, and deployment schedules.

Strong stakeholder management, coordination, and communication skills.
