Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Sales Manager / Business Development professional. The key responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. The role involves researching potential markets, creating sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Market Research
- Proven skills in Client Relationship Management, Communication, and Negotiation
- Experience in developing and implementing sales plans
- Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis is advantageous
- Strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or similar industries is a plus
