The Role – Sourcing Consultant (180 Recruitment)

As a Sourcing Consultant, you’ll focus on finding and managing top candidates for in-demand data roles. You’ll build relationships, network across industries, and learn how to match great people with great opportunities, all while earning commission for every success. You’ll:

• Identify and engage top talent across Data Science, Analytics, and AI.
• Build candidate networks and manage relationships throughout the process.
• Work on multiple live jobs at once in a fast-moving environment.
• Collaborate with client-facing recruiters to deliver exceptional results.
• Hit and exceed performance goals, earning commission on every deal.
