We are looking for a high-energy Inside Sales Executive who can handle guest inquiries, understand their requirements, recommend the right villas, and convert leads into confirmed bookings.

This is a target-oriented role focused on speed, communication, and conversions.

1. Lead Handling & Conversion

β€’ Respond to inbound calls, WhatsApp, and website inquiries.

β€’ Understand guest needs (dates, group size, occasion, location).

β€’ Recommend suitable SaffronStays villas from our curated portfolio.

β€’ Follow up promptly and close bookings with high conversion efficiency.


2. Customer Communication

β€’ Provide accurate information on pricing, availability, amenities, and policies.

β€’ Maintain polite, professional, and solution-oriented communication at all times.

β€’ Manage escalations or complex queries by coordinating with senior sales or operations.


3. Coordination & Follow-up

β€’ Work with operations/concierge teams for special requests, arrangements, or clarifications.

β€’ Ensure guests receive confirmations, payment links, and check-in details on time.


4. Reporting & CRM Updates

β€’ Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and pending inquiries.

β€’ Update CRM/trackers daily with call notes, booking status, and customer details.

β€’ Share daily/weekly performance updates.

β€’ Excellent communication (spoken & written).

β€’ Fast, proactive, and comfortable handling many inquiries at once.

β€’ Strong persuasion and sales aptitude.

β€’ Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.

β€’ 0–3 years of experience in sales/customer service/hospitality (freshers welcome).

β€’ Comfortable with phone-based interaction and follow-ups.

β€’ Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/CRM is a plus.

β€’ Willingness to work on weekends and holidays (rotational).
