Enterprise Architect – Banking (BFSI)

Capgemini is seeking a seasoned Enterprise Architect – Banking to define and lead enterprise-wide architecture initiatives across core banking, digital channels, payments, lending, and risk domains. The role requires deep banking domain expertise, strong architectural leadership, and hands-on exposure to modern cloud and digital transformation programs.

Experience:

• 10–18 years in banking IT / enterprise architecture

Key Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in banking architecture (Core Banking, Payments, Lending, Risk/AML)
• Expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks, solution design, and digital transformation
• Hands-on knowledge of cloud (AWS/Azure), microservices, APIs, and data architecture
• Experience with core banking platforms (Finacle, Flexcube, T24) and payment systems (UPI, SWIFT, ISO20022)
• Good understanding of regulatory frameworks (RBI, Basel, AML/KYC)
• Familiarity with TOGAF or similar architecture frameworks (preferred)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Define enterprise architecture strategy, standards, and roadmap
• Lead architecture across banking domains (core, digital, payments, lending, risk)
• Review and guide solution architecture and system design
• Drive technology modernization and cloud transformation initiatives
• Define data, integration, and API architecture frameworks
• Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and governance standards
• Collaborate with business, tech, and leadership teams to align architecture with business goals
