Position Overview

The Digital Hub India Team at KGS seeks dynamic individual to work in the KGS digital ecosystem within the Digital organization. The Enterprise Architect drives value through leadership experience, broad business knowledge and ability to establish and execute a strategy. The Enterprise Architect ensures alignment with business partners and provides solutions with guidance to define the architecture of a solution. The Enterprise Architect will work with fellow Architects on cross-domain solutions and helps guide the enterprise through Digital transformation and optimization initiatives. The Enterprise Architect investigates and recommends emerging technologies, which can span multiple areas, as needed, and develops the Technology Roadmap for cross-domain architecture. This is done in close collaboration with other Architects for the purpose of KGS entire application portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience in Manufacturing, Retail, Supply Chain industry developing Target Architecture utilizing EA Tools like LeanIX, Sparx, Orbus, Ardoq or any other similar platform/tools to enable and guide the design that meet current and future needs
• Develop and ensure the alignment of our technology strategy and planning with the KGS business goals and objectives.
• Establish and drive Architecture Review Board, enforce architectural frameworks, principles, standards, and best practices to ensure consistency, scalability, and security across the enterprise.
• Define strategies for data democratization, Advise on design of APIs, integration layers, and scalable data architectures to support real-time data sharing and advanced analytics.
• Deep understanding of Enterprise Architecture and Business Architecture best practices and frameworks, including their application across business, data, technology, and application domains.
• Strong understanding of modern technology stacks, including cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), AI/ML technologies, and API ecosystems.
• Collaborate with solutions and infrastructure architecture teams to provide strategic enterprise software/infrastructure that is scalable, adaptable and aligned with the changing business needs, and which drives innovation and value throughout enterprise projects.
• Conduct research and evaluate emerging technologies, identifying trends and opportunities that can drive business innovation and fill gaps in the existing technology stack.
• Assess and recommend new tools, platforms, and solutions by balancing technical feasibility with business impact.
• Contribute to creation of playbook and other materials/artifacts that capture Enterprise Architecture strategy, progress, etc.
  
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
• 14+ years of experience that includes
• 8+ years of experience architecting Large Scale Business/Technology Transformation Custom Built and Package implementation projects in multiple business areas that are complex, real time, distributed and highly scalable
• Knowledge of common Architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman. Certification in one of these frameworks preferred.
• Experience supporting Apps rationalization and modernization efforts
• Understanding EAI, Enterprise Data models, PCI, Security legislation, Master Data Management, AI Models and AI Architecture and Languages.
• Proven experience in designing and architecting complex, large-scale solutions across multiple domains.
• Familiarity with modern technology stacks, cloud platforms and integration patterns.
• Action oriented and results driven with an ability to execute new and innovative solutions in alignment to the organizations / functions strategy.
• Solid understanding of APIs and integration, with good exposure and experience in designing, implementing, and managing secure and efficient API solutions.
• Excellent communication & presentation skills with the ability to mix deep technical expertise with simple, everyday language to effectively communicate with C-Suite executives.
