Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and learning objectives for Grades 6–8
Teach English grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, creative writing, and literature.
Design engaging activities that encourage student participation and critical thinking.
Assess and evaluate students’ progress through assignments, projects, tests, and examinations.
Provide constructive feedback and academic support to help students improve their performance.
Integrate technology and multimedia tools to enhance learning experiences.
Maintain an organized and supportive classroom environment that promotes learning and discipline.
Prepare students for internal and board examinations (if applicable).
Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school events.
Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student learning and well-being.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance.
