Our Client, ZXT Language Training Center is looking for a qualified and enthusiastic Chinese Language Instructor / Coordinator to join our team in Pokhara. The ideal candidate should have strong Chinese and English language proficiency, excellent communication skills, and the ability to support students in language learning and cultural understanding. Candidates who are passionate about teaching and student engagement are highly encouraged to apply.

Job Description

• Conduct Chinese language classes for students at beginner and intermediate levels
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and classroom activities
• Support students in improving speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills
• Assess student progress through assignments, presentations, and evaluations
• Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment
• Assist students with pronunciation, grammar, and conversational practice
• Coordinate with management regarding class schedules and student performance
• Provide guidance and motivation to students for language proficiency examinations
• Participate in educational programs, workshops, and language-related activities
• Support translation or interpretation tasks when required
• Encourage cultural exchange and awareness related to Chinese language and culture
  
  

Job Specification

• Chinese language proficiency: HSK Level 3 or above
• English language proficiency: IELTS 6.5 or above
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
• Prior teaching or tutoring experience will be an added advantage
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Good interpersonal and student-handling skills
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students
