Responsibilities

Engineering Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and manage engineering teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Drive engineering best practices, code quality, and technical excellence.
• Support hiring, performance management, and career development of team members.
  
  

Product Development & Delivery

• Partner with Product Managers and Project Managers to plan and deliver product roadmaps.
• Ensure timely delivery of features while maintaining quality, scalability, and reliability.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks.
  
  

Technical Leadership

• Guide architecture, design decisions, and technology adoption.
• Review technical solutions and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Promote modern engineering practices including CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud-native development.
  
  

AI & Innovation

• Collaborate with AI/ML teams on the development and deployment of AI-powered products.
• Support adoption of emerging technologies including Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.
  
  

Requirements

• 8+ years of software development experience with 3-4+ years in an Engineering Manager role.
• Experience working in a Product-Based Technology Company, specifically in to Generative AI, Agentic AI, or Intelligent Automation solutions.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, microservices, cloud platforms, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams and delivering complex software products.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Proven experience in managing the complete product lifecycle, including product planning, requirement gathering, roadmap definition, execution, stakeholder management, release planning, and post-launch enhancements.
• Ability to work closely with Product, Business, and Engineering teams to drive end-to-end product development and delivery.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering AI/ML, Generative AI, Agentic AI, or Intelligent Automation solutions.
• Background in SaaS or enterprise software products.
• Prior experience managing globally distributed teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
