What You’ll Do:

  • Take ownership of all maintenance operations — from machinery and conveyor systems to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building infrastructure
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive preventive maintenance program to keep equipment running flawlessly
  • Lead rapid responses to equipment issues to minimize production interruptions
  • Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of maintenance technicians and contractors
  • Collaborate closely with production, engineering, and logistics to align maintenance efforts with business goals
  • Oversee maintenance schedules, work orders, inventory, and vendor relationships
  • Ensure strict adherence to OSHA and safety standards to create a safe working environment
  • Track and analyze KPIs to continuously boost maintenance efficiency and reliability
  • Support capital projects, equipment installations, and facility upgrades

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, distribution, or industrial settings
  • Proven leadership experience with at least 2 years in a management role
  • Strong expertise in electrical, mechanical, and building systems
  • Hands-on experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)
  • In-depth knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety best practices
  • Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities while leading a dynamic team

Bonus Points For:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
  • Experience in wood products or cabinet manufacturing
  • HVAC or electrical certifications/licenses
