We are hiring on behalf of our client, a leading engineering and infrastructure consulting organization specializing in MEP design, project engineering, and large-scale infrastructure solutions across commercial buildings and complex development projects.

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced General Manager – MEP Design to lead the MEP engineering team for large-scale commercial buildings, residential complexes, and infrastructure projects. The role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and the ability to manage multidisciplinary design teams across complex engineering environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead MEP design and engineering activities across major projects
• Manage multidisciplinary design teams across electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems
• Oversee project design delivery, timelines, and quality standards
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and project stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and project requirements
• Review technical designs and optimize engineering solutions
• Support project planning and design strategy for large infrastructure projects
  
  

Must-Have Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 10–15 years of experience in MEP design and engineering projects
• Strong expertise in at least one discipline: Electrical, Mechanical, or HVAC
• Experience working on large commercial buildings or infrastructure projects
• Hands-on experience managing project design teams
• Strong knowledge of MEP design software and engineering tools
