Job Description
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
The Engineer reports directly to the Team Manager. This role requires knowledge in chemical engineering applications with an emphasis on safe, compliant, reliable, and efficient solutions for cryogenic technology, specifically Air Separation Units (ASU). The candidate will act as a discipline engineer and process expert for various proposals and projects, ensuring delivery within quality and schedule constraints.Key ResponsibilitiesReview Invitation to Bid (ITB) documents for ASU technology.
Perform process simulations using tools like Aspen Hysys, including column hydraulics and equipment sizing.
Solve complex engineering problems using innovative solutions and a collaborative teamwork mindset.
Improve engineering practices based on data-driven insights.
Lead training programs for trainees and junior engineers.
Solution Development for ProposalsEnsure proposal compliance with technical and contractual requirements.
Drive process design and optimization.
Manage technical clarifications with customers and vendors.
Develop preliminary PFDs, PIDs, and equipment sizing for proposal estimates.
Prepare Process data sheets for vendor quotations.
Validate vendor offers.
Manage proposal scope and schedule effectively.
Provide process data inputs to interdisciplinary departments.

Education - MTech / ME or BTech / BE in Chemical Engineering.
ExperienceMinimum 5 years of experience in Air Separation Units (ASU) as a process design engineer OR Minimum 8 years of experience in a general engineering organization as a Sr. Process Engineer or Principal Engineer.
Relevant experience in licensor, EPC, or detailed design engineering with a strong interest in ASU/cryogenic technology.
