Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and results-driven professional to lead and manage the OSP ((Fiber) rollout for POP (Point of Presence) sites and transport routes. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, team management capabilities, and hands-on experience in Transport and FTTH networks. Key Responsibilities Lead and execute OSP rollout projects for POP locations and transport fiber routes. Manage internal teams and external partners/contractors, ensuring timely and quality delivery. Apply technical expertise in Transport technologies and FTTH network infrastructure. Oversee and ensure adherence to execution and audit processes for both POP and transport deployments. Drive initiatives to reduce CWIP (Capital Work in Progress), optimize contractor performance, and minimize store inventory. Ensure timely Acceptance Testing (AT) and closure of Non-Conformities (NCs) across all deployment phases. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong understanding of Transport and FTTH network architecture. Proven experience in OSP project execution, especially in POP and long-haul transport routes. Excellent team leadership and vendor/partner coordination skills. Process-oriented with a focus on compliance, audits, and quality standards. Ability to track and manage CWIP, inventory, and contractor deliverables effectively. Proactive approach to problem-solving and ensuring project timelines and quality benchmarks are met. You are an ideal FIT if you have 4?7 years of experience in Network Planning and Fiber Deployment, ideally with exposure to both leading telecom vendors and operators. Proven ability to manage partners and vendors effectively in highly outsourced environments. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with franchisees and manage local stakeholder interactions. Excellent analytical thinking combined with solid techno-commercial acumen. #BAL
