Embedded Engineer Intern

Company: Manu Robotics Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Bavdhan, Pune / On-site

Compensation: 15-20K / month (depending on performance)

Duration: 6 months

At Manu Robotics, we’re building real products at the intersection of robotics, embedded systems, and medical devices. We’re looking for a highly motivated Embedded Engineer Intern who enjoys working close to hardware, electronics, and product development—someone excited by the idea of seeing their work move from circuit to prototype to real-world product.

This is not a “shadow and observe” internship. It’s an opportunity to work directly with engineers on live product development, gain hands-on exposure to embedded electronics, PCB design, soldering, debugging, and testing, and contribute meaningfully inside a fast-moving startup environment where ownership is real and learning is practical. You are expected to take end to end ownership of your task. Along with the core technical work, this includes researching and procuring new equipment, contacting suppliers, testing new equipment, managing the inventory etc.

If you like building things at the hardware level and getting your hands dirty with actual engineering work this role is for you.

What You’ll Work On

  • Support the development of embedded electronics and hardware systems for robotics and medical device products
  • Conduct PCB design, assembly, soldering, bring-up, and testing
  • Help debug circuits, embedded hardware, and prototype systems
  • Work closely with the engineering team on product builds, prototyping, and validation
  • Contribute to practical development work inside a real manufacturing and robotics setup
  • Get exposure to how products are built in an early-stage company— right from system design to on-ground execution.

What We’re Looking For

  • Background in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) or a related field
  • Familiarity with C programming
  • Ability to design and code PCBs
  • Hands-on comfort with soldering, electronics assembly, and hardware work
  • Basic understanding of networking / communication systems
  • Exposure to embedded hardware, debugging, testing, and prototyping
  • Strong curiosity, willingness to learn, and motivation to work in a fast-paced engineering environment

We care about creating a culture that is hands-on, collaborative, and genuinely fun to build in—the kind of place where interns don’t just “assist,” they own their projects and grow by doing real work alongside the core team.

If you’re looking for an internship that gives you ownership, practical exposure, and the chance to build meaningful hardware in robotics and med-tech, we’d love to hear from you.
