Key Responsibilities

Conduct research and development activities specifically for solar inverters used in residential, commercial, and EPC solar projects.
Analyse and evaluate inverter performance, efficiency, and reliability to improve system output and stability.
Perform testing, validation, and troubleshooting of different inverter models and configurations.
Study and implement new inverter technologies, firmware updates, and advanced features available in the solar market.
Prepare technical reports, performance analysis, and documentation related to inverter testing and R&D activities.
Coordinate with engineering, project execution, and service teams to resolve inverter-related technical issues.
Provide technical support for inverter selection, compatibility, and system integration in solar projects.
Work on optimisation of inverter performance, system efficiency, and fault detection mechanisms.
Collaborate with inverter manufacturers and vendors for technical evaluation, product testing, and feedback.
Assist in developing guidelines and standard procedures for inverter installation, configuration, and maintenance.
Monitor industry trends, new inverter technologies, and regulatory standards in the solar industry.
Maintain proper documentation of R&D findings, test results, and technical improvements related to inverter systems.
