Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Lead Generation Specialist to join our on-site team in Noida. The Lead Generation Specialist will play a key role in identifying and reaching out to potential prospects, conducting market research, and building a pipeline of qualified leads. Responsibilities include generating new business leads, conducting outbound communication, managing databases, and collaborating with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Lead Generation and a proven ability to identify and attract new prospects
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills to effectively engage with leads and clients
• Experience in Sales strategies and techniques to nurture and convert leads
• Ability to conduct detailed Research to identify target markets and potential clients
• Familiarity with CRM software and lead tracking tools
• Results-driven, organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to meet targets
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

Salary

INR 18000 PM to INR 40000 PM
