Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site, Night Shift role for an Email Marketing Specialist based in Navi Mumbai. The Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating, implementing, and analyzing email marketing campaigns. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing email lists, producing engaging content, ensuring the effective deployment of campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to continuously optimize email strategies. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to align email efforts with broader marketing and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Email Marketing Software and Marketing Automation tools
• Knowledge and experience in Marketing Analytics to assess and optimize campaigns
• Strong skills in Lead Generation and audience targeting strategies
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Prior experience in email marketing, particularly in the medical, mortgage, or appraisal industry, is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
