Employers’ Liability Solicitor | Salary to £55K + Uncapped Monthly Commission | Manchester

An excellent opportunity has arisen within a well established and award winning Manchester based personal injury firm ranked among the top 100 law firms in the UK. The firm has built a strong reputation in claimant litigation and continues to grow its Employers’ Liability offering.

The successful candidate will manage a cradle to grave caseload of predominantly fast track Employers’ Liability matters, both pre and post issue. This is a litigation focused role requiring confidence progressing cases through applications, challenges and trial where necessary.

You will be responsible for advancing matters strategically, drafting pleadings and witness statements, conducting negotiations, advising clients, instructing counsel and ensuring cases are progressed efficiently to achieve the best possible outcome.

This is a performance driven environment with a highly attractive uncapped monthly commission structure. There are no thresholds and no caps. You are rewarded on every successful case you conclude.

The Candidate

• Solicitor or qualified by experience litigator
• Proven experience running litigated EL files from inception to conclusion
• Strong knowledge of CPR and litigation strategy
• Confident handling applications and progressing matters through to trial
• Demonstrable billing track record
• Experience of Proclaim would be advantageous
