We are looking for Elite lifestyle Manager who will be responsible for on-boarding new clients, managing requests and CRM administration for some of our most valuable Members and their demanding lifestyle needs. This will range from assisting with everyday tasks, such as providing access/ bookings of Sporting and Musical events like Wimbledon, UEFA Champions Leagues, Cricket World cup, Taylor Swift, Coldplay. Planning exclusive events, parties, restaurant reservations, chauffeurs and taxis, theatre tickets and hotel bookings, to accessing event tickets, sourcing limited edition items and organizing trips once in a lifetime experiences.

ROLE: ELITE LIFESTYLE MANAGER

LOCATION: AHMEDABAD

MIN EXP: 5 - 6 YEARS

REMUNERATION: AS PER INDUSTRY STANDARDS

JOINING: IMMEDIATE

KEY ROLES:

• Providing excellent customer service to Members over the phone and in person
• Conducting research and putting together proposals
• Liaising with suppliers on behalf of Members
• Maintaining accurate log of Member data in CRM
• Representing “The Celestial” at networking events
• Meeting individual and team KPIs
• Acquiring new UHNI clients

KEY SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:

• Preferred background: Events / Hospitality / Luxury brands / UHNW Individuals Servicing.
• A good network of Agencies and agents of Luxury products/services
• Excellent written & oral communication skills in English and Hindi
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Creative problem solving
• Ability to work towards strict deadlines and under pressure
• Strong online research skills
• A 'Can-Do' attitude
• Passionate about customer relation building
• Strong work ethics
• Self-Starter
