Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

  • Knowledge of AC motors, control wiring, switchgear components like MCB, MCCB, relays, contactors, and switches.
  • Basic understanding of electrical circuits, wiring methods, and wire analogy.
  • Understanding of commercial or domestic level wiring layout and installation standards.
  • Ability to measure voltage, current, and power parameters using measuring tools.
  • Knowledge of proper cable selection, routing, and labelling as per site requirements.
  • Support preventive maintenance and troubleshooting under supervision.
  • Coordinate with supervisor/engineer for daily task planning and execution.
  • Perform electrical wiring installation including conduit work, cable laying, routing, and device termination.
  • Assist in material handling such as procurement follow-up, stock counting, and installation material management.
  • Site work is a mandatory part of this role, including installation, monitoring, and inspection, testing, and commissioning activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum required experience is 2+ years.
  • Good in communication and interpersonal skills.
