Steel Shoppe India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Electrical Maintenance In-Charge to join our team.

📍 Location: Irungattukottai, Sriperumbudur
🛠️ Experience: 3–7 Years
🏭 Preferred Industry: Steel Processing Industry or Automobile Manufacturing Company

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Lead and coordinate electrical breakdown maintenance.
🔹 Maintain HT/LT panels, transformers, PCC/MCC panels, VFDs, PLC systems, EOT cranes, motors, and utility equipment.
🔹 Plan and execute preventive maintenance activities.
🔹 Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, LOTO procedures, and audit requirements.
🔹 Supervise maintenance teams during breakdowns, shutdowns, and continuous improvement initiatives.
🔹 Maintain preventive maintenance records, breakdown reports, and maintenance documentation.
🔹 Monitor energy consumption and implement energy-saving initiatives.

Preferred Candidate Profile

✔️ 3–7 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance.
✔️ Strong knowledge of HT/LT systems, PLCs, VFDs, MCC/PCC panels, transformers, and EOT cranes.
✔️ Strong troubleshooting, leadership, and communication skills.
✔️ Experience in the Steel Processing Industry or Automobile Manufacturing Company is preferred.
✔️ Diploma/B.E. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or a related discipline.
