Job Role : EIR - Marketing
Location : Sec-32 Gurugram, Full time , 6 Days Working
Role Overview
We are looking for an EIR – Marketing who is highly analytical, data-driven, and strong in marketing fundamentals.
This role is focused on understanding marketing performance end-to-end—what works, why it works, and how to scale it. You will work closely with founders to drive insight-led decisions across campaigns, funnels, and growth initiatives.
This is not a creative/content role. We are specifically looking for someone who is numbers-driven, understands marketing deeply, and uses data to make decisions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Analysis & Performance Insights (Core Focus)
· Analyze marketing performance across campaigns, channels, and funnels
· Identify:
o Conversion drivers
o Drop-offs across the funnel
o High vs low performing initiatives
· Break down performance to answer:
o What is working?
o Why is it working?
o What should we change or scale?
· Evaluate performance of creatives and messaging (not create them)
· Apply strong marketing principles (funnels, CAC, LTV, positioning, consumer behavior) to interpret data
· Translate analysis into clear insights, structured recommendations, and testable hypotheses
2. AI Automation & Systems Building
· Build and implement AI-driven systems and workflows for marketing analysis and decision- making
· Use AI to:
o Automate reporting and dashboards
o Analyze large datasets and generate insights
o Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies
· Develop agentic AI workflows that can:
o Continuously track performance
o Generate insights autonomously
o Recommend optimizations
· Create scalable processes where AI reduces manual work and improves speed and accuracy
3.Brand, Design Strategy & NPD Research
· Contribute to overall brand strategy and brand track across all touchpoints
· Work on design strategy for NPD, including labels, bottles, packaging elements, and visual consistency
· Conduct NPD research using market data, consumer insights, and competitor benchmarking to guide packaging decisions,label communication and product presentation
· Ensure brand consistency across packaging, communication, and retail presence
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing, growth, or analytics roles
- FMCG or D2C brand experience preferred
- Proven ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights
- Hands-on experience with marketing performance tools and dashboards
- Strong proficiency in AI tools and automation
- Experience in building AI workflows / agentic systems
- Someone who wants to experience and contribute to a high-growth, new-age brand
