Technical Support Analyst- EHR/EMR/SaaS support

Location: Rockville, New York

Hybrid: Work from Home Policy: In office 5 days a week during initial onboarding. Eligible for 3 office days and 2 remote days per week once onboarding is complete. Eligibility is also subject to individual and company performance


Salary: Up to 63K MAX


PLEASE NOTE: This position requires Jr. to mid level basic SQL skills including queries and basic commands.

As a Technical Support Analyst will be required to provide superior technical support for issues of varying complexity. This position requires technical expertise as well as excellent communication and customer service skills. Candidates must possess strong leadership skills, demonstrate professionalism, and have a strong desire to grow within the organization.


Primary point of contact to resolve software issues with all levels of users.

  • Respond to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills – problem identification, confirmation, and resolution
  • Isolate and diagnose issues.
  • Drive client success by owning issue resolution.
  • Document, track, and communicate all incident progress and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with client teams and IT Departments on training and implementation. to ensure proper function of our Healthcare IT solutions (EHR)
  • Utilize database reporting systems to create customer defined reports.
  • ·Provide training or guidance in the use of proprietary applications.


  • Basic Understanding of SQL and basic queries and logic (navigate tables etc)
  • Four (4) year college degree and minimum 2 years of relative IT support work experience in a professional setting.
  • Demonstrated record of providing strong customer service in a fast paced, multitasking environment
  • Experience supporting EHR/EMR or SaaS products is ideal
  • In-depth experience with Microsoft Products and Operating Systems
  • Highly interpersonal with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
