Educational Counselor

Position: Education Counselling (Bennett University)

Location: TechZone 2, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201310

Salary: 15,000 to 35,000 in hand + Incentives

Note: Excellent English communication

Role Overview:

Weare seeking a dynamic and results-driven Education Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will guide prospective students through the admissions process, provide detailed information about our programs, and help them make informed decisions. This role involves proactive communication, lead management, and achieving enrollment targets while delivering exceptional student service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Communication: ○ Conduct a minimum of 200-250 outbound and follow-up calls daily to prospective students. ○ Address queries and provide accurate information about university programs and courses.

2. Student Counselling: ○ Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs. ○ Build rapport to convert leads into paid applications, meeting weekly and monthly targets.

3. Lead Management: ○ Efficiently manage and nurture leads allocated through CRM systems. ○ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions and follow-ups.

4. On-Campus Engagement: ○ Handle walk-ins and facilitate campus visits, providing detailed program insights.

5. Target Achievement: ○ Worktowards achieving set enrollment goals while adhering to quality standards.

6. Additional Duties: ○ Perform other tasks as assigned by the management to support departmental objectives

Qualifications and Skills Required:

● Education: Graduate in any discipline.

● Experience:

○ Fresher: Enthusiastic individuals with strong communication skills.

○ Experienced: 1-3 years of experience in the education sector or a similar role is preferred.

● KeySkills:

○ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

○ Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

○ Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer skills.

○ Ability to manage time effectively and meet targets
