Role Overview: We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken Education Counselor to join our team at our Noida office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with students who wants to pursue their MBA/PGDM, B.Tech courses within India. Key Responsibilities: Counsel for UG/PG courses and admission processes in India Follow up with prospective students and respond to inquiries via calls, emails, or in person Maintain accurate and detailed records of student interactions and follow-ups Provide end-to-end guidance from course selection to application and documentation Build relationships with Students, Parents & Universities. Stay updated with counseling trends, exam patterns, and admission rules Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in education counseling Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong knowledge of college admissions, and the Indian education system Fluency in English and Hindi (knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus) Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Why Join Us?
