Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Kochi for an Educational Consultant. The role involves guiding students who wish to pursue higher education in Australia by providing counselling, university selection support, admissions guidance, visa assistance, and post-arrival services.

Responsibilities

• Counsel students on Australian education opportunities
• Recommend suitable universities and courses
• Assist with admissions, documentation, and visa processes
• Coordinate with universities and maintain student follow-ups
• Provide excellent customer service and support

Qualifications

• Experience in overseas education counselling or consulting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of the Australian education system and visa process
• Ability to understand student needs and provide personalised guidance
• Bachelor’s degree
