Role Description The Educational Consultant role at AR GLOBAL HUB is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The consultant will guide students through the entire study abroad journey, including course and university selection, application preparation, and admission processes. Daily responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions, explaining program options and entry requirements, supporting visa documentation, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up. The role also involves providing information on IELTS coaching, maintaining accurate student records, responding to inquiries in person, via phone, and email, and participating in outreach events or seminars. The consultant is expected to deliver professional, student-centered service while meeting performance and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Educational Consulting, Education, and Consulting to effectively guide students on study abroad pathways.
• Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to explain complex information simply.
• Proven Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, empathy, and building long-term student relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Business, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• Experience in overseas education counseling, university admissions, or related advisory roles is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage multiple cases simultaneously, and maintain organized documentation.
• Familiarity with UK and Canadian higher education systems and visa processes, and comfort using basic office and CRM software.
