Role Description The Edtech Business Development Associate (BDA) at CAREER BLOC is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. In this position, the BDA will engage with prospective learners and parents, conduct needs assessments, and present suitable edtech programs and solutions. The role involves managing outbound and inbound calls, following up on leads, and nurturing relationships to convert prospects into enrolled learners. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate CRM records, coordinating with academic and operations teams, and meeting or exceeding defined sales and revenue targets. The BDA will also gather market feedback, contribute to improving sales pitches, and support promotional campaigns and events related to education services, with potential earnings of up to 8 LPA based on performance.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability in business development or sales, preferably within edtech, education, or related sectors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain educational offerings clearly and build trust with diverse stakeholders.
- Comfort with high-volume calling, lead follow-up, and working with CRM or sales tracking tools.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets and working effectively under defined timelines.
- Good understanding of the education landscape, learner needs, and career-oriented programs is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of regional languages commonly used in Bengaluru is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
- Graduate degree in any discipline; prior experience in BDA, inside sales, or counseling roles will be an added advantage.
