Role Description The Economics Educator will design and deliver engaging economics lessons that align with TGES’s curriculum and educational philosophy. This full-time, on-site role is based in Rajkot and involves planning instructional activities, teaching classes, assessing learner progress, and providing constructive feedback. The educator will create inclusive classroom environments, support diverse learning styles, and encourage critical thinking about economic concepts and real-world applications. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson materials, conducting interactive sessions, participating in academic meetings, collaborating with colleagues on interdisciplinary initiatives, and communicating regularly with parents and guardians about learner development.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Education and subject-matter expertise in Economics.
• Demonstrated skills in Lesson Planning and curriculum alignment for school-age learners.
• Proficiency in Teaching and Training, with the ability to adapt methods for varied learning needs.
• Excellent Communication skills for classroom instruction, collaboration with colleagues, and engagement with families.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Education, or a closely related field.
• Prior experience teaching Economics or related subjects in a school or academic setting.
• Ability to create learner-centered, inclusive, and values-driven classroom environments.
• Comfort with using educational technology and digital resources to enhance instruction.
