Role Description The Ecommerce Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat. This role is responsible for managing product listings, pricing, and promotions across ecommerce platforms, ensuring accurate and engaging content. The specialist monitors website performance, customer behavior, and sales data to optimize conversion rates and overall online revenue. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with sales, marketing, and customer service teams, handling order-related issues, and maintaining inventory accuracy for online channels. The role also involves implementing merchandising strategies, supporting digital campaigns, and providing regular performance reports to leadership.

- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate with teams and support a positive customer experience.
- Relevant experience in ecommerce platforms, online merchandising, or retail operations is highly beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, commerce, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency with ecommerce tools, spreadsheets, and basic reporting dashboards is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Surat, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
