Your Tasks

  • Campaign strategy and planning: Partner with Marketing Business Partners to design multi-platform paid media strategies that drive online registrations for the Academy's training portfolio, aligned to booking volumes, course revenue targets, seasonal promotions, and business growth objectives across key markets.
  • Keyword and audience research: Conduct technical keyword and audience research tied to Academy topics (e.g. functional safety, ESG, cybersecurity). Target relevant professional segments (quality managers, engineers, HR decision-makers, and past participants) and layer eCommerce audiences (cart and browse abandoners, past purchasers, high-LTV lookalikes etc.) to reach buyers with the most relevant messaging.
  • Ad creation and testing across platforms: Develop compelling ad copy and creative assets working closely with the Creative Publishing and Social Media teams for various platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads, and display networks. A/B test ad variations, such as copy, visuals, and CTAs, to continuously improve CTR and conversion.
  • Campaign & portfolio optimisation: Set up, manage, and optimise campaigns across entire training portfolios of online and in-person courses. Align ad delivery to real-time course availability, batch start dates, and regional schedules. Ensure conversion tracking integrity before go-live.
  • Campaign landing page & CRO advisory: Partner with SEO, Content, UX, and Web teams to drive better conversion across product detail pages (PDPs), category navigation, landing pages, and checkout funnels, while reducing booking abandonment and increasing online conversion. Keeping responsive design in mind and completing page checks before go-live.
  • Bid management and budget allocation: Independently own and manage large annual paid media budgets with clear ownership of commercial outcomes. Direct spend toward high-margin or high-priority products, and optimize bids through Smart Bidding, manual adjustments etc. Scale activity dynamically to support top performers and deliver against targets.
  • Performance monitoring & reporting: Build executive dashboards and reports and track important metrics such as registrations/bookings, CTR, CPC, revenue, ROAS, CPA, CAC, conversion rates, AOV, etc. Consolidate cross-channel data into actionable recommendations and budget reallocations.
  • Trend monitoring and best practice sharing: Proactively monitor PPC trends, platform updates, and evolving best practices, and share insights to both PPC team members and Marketing Business Partners to drive continuous improvement across campaigns.


Your Qualifications

  • At least 6-8 years of hands-on performance marketing experience (planning, execution, optimization, and reporting) with a strong focus on transactional conversion, course bookings, or professional services / digital commerce.
  • Demonstrated depth in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Meta Ads.
  • Experience managing large media budgets tied directly to revenue targets, transactional conversions, or digital shop performance.
  • Proven track record optimizing for online sales/bookings with a sharp focus on ROAS, target CPA/CPR, and revenue growth.
  • Strong command of professional audience segmentation (job function, seniority, industry) and high-intent, compliance-driven keyword strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Power BI, or equivalent) and strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into proactive, commercially sound decisions.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or equivalent tools for analyzing eCommerce events, custom parameters, and customer journeys
  • Experience in professional training, corporate education, or the TIC (Testing, Inspection, Certification) industry would be advantageous.
  • Experience in an agency, consultancy, or client-facing environment is a plus, especially with international market exposure, particularly in Europe, Asia, or the Middle East.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Digital Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages a plus.
