Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic Account Manager for amazon to manage and grow Waaree’s business on Amazon. This role will be responsible for driving sales, optimizing listings, and owning end-to-end performance of the account.

Role Overview


As a Key Account Manager, you will act as the business owner for Waaree on Amazon, responsible for revenue growth, marketplace strategy, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities


  • Own and drive P&L and revenue growth for Waaree on Amazon
  • Manage end-to-end account operations including catalog, pricing, and inventory
  • Plan and execute sales strategies, deals, and promotional campaigns
  • Optimize product listings (content, keywords, images) to improve visibility and conversion
  • Run and manage Amazon Ads campaigns to drive traffic and ROI
  • Monitor competition, pricing, and market trends
  • Collaborate with internal teams for inventory planning and supply chain coordination
  • Analyze business metrics (sales, conversion, traffic) and drive actionable insights
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
  • 3–5 years of experience in Key Account Management / E-commerce / Sales
  • Strong analytical skills (Excel proficiency required)
  • Experience with Amazon Seller, where products are self fulfilled
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and performance ads
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset – you think like an owner, not an executor
  • Data-driven decision-making approach
