Role Description The Ecommerce Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for overseeing and optimizing Livetree Retail’s online sales channels. This role manages product listings, pricing, promotions, and content on e-commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and a strong customer experience. The Ecommerce Manager monitors daily performance metrics, analyzes traffic and conversion data, and implements strategies to increase sales and improve margins. They coordinate with marketing, merchandising, supply chain, and customer service teams to plan campaigns, manage inventory, and resolve issues affecting online operations. The role also includes identifying growth opportunities, testing new initiatives, and maintaining alignment with overall business objectives.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Strong E-Commerce and Sales skills, with experience managing online marketplaces or brand-owned web stores.
- Solid Marketing and Communication skills to plan campaigns, optimize product content, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills to interpret data, track KPIs, and make data-informed decisions to improve performance.
- Proficiency with e-commerce platforms, analytics tools, and basic Excel or similar tools for reporting and forecasting.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, retail management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
- Experience in retail or consumer products, and familiarity with digital customer journeys, is an advantage.
