Role Description The Ecommerce Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mohali district. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s online sales channels, including marketplace listings and brand-owned platforms. Day-to-day activities include overseeing product listings and content, monitoring pricing and promotions, analyzing sales performance, and coordinating digital campaigns to drive traffic and conversions. The Ecommerce Manager will collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure inventory accuracy, timely order fulfillment, and consistent brand representation online. The role also involves identifying new ecommerce opportunities, improving customer experience, and preparing regular performance reports for leadership.
Qualifications
- Strong E-Commerce and Sales skills to manage online channels, drive revenue, and optimize product performance.
- Marketing and Communication skills to plan digital campaigns, enhance brand visibility, and engage customers effectively.
- Analytical skills to interpret data, track KPIs, and make informed decisions that improve conversion rates and profitability.
- Experience with ecommerce platforms, marketplaces, and basic knowledge of SEO and online merchandising.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in FMCG, retail, or beverage industries is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Excel or similar tools for reporting; familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is beneficial.
