Role: Lead/Head Digital Commerce

Location: Pune

Working Days: 6 Days

Preferred Industry Background- FMCG (Food / Beverages / Snacking / Confectionery)

Reports to: Business Head

The Digital Commerce Lead will lead e-commerce and quick commerce operations across platforms like Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto, Amazon, Flipkart, and BigBasket. The role focuses on driving sales, profitability, and brand visibility through strategic planning, joint business partnerships, and data driven execution. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the incumbent will ensure seamless launches, promotions, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate has strong FMCG experience, deep understanding of digital commerce platforms, and proven ability to deliver growth through analytics, commercial acumen, and effective stakeholder management.

Qualifications & Experience:

• MBA from tier 1 or 2 institutes

• 6–12 years of sales & key account management experience with at least 4–5 years in managing Digital Commerce / E-commerce / Q-Commerce / Marketplaces like Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto, Amazon, Flipkart, Big Basket, Dmart Ready etc.

• Experience in FMCG (Food / Beverages / Snacking / Confectionery) industry is a must

• Proven track record of scaling digital commerce business and delivering strong growth

Data-led decision making & commercial management

Cross-functional collaboration across marketing, supply chain, finance & tech
