Role Description The Ecommerce Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for supporting and optimizing daily online sales operations for Onitsuka Tiger through Radiant Lifestyle’s digital channels. This role manages product listings, pricing, and content updates across e-commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, and timely execution of campaigns. The Ecommerce Coordinator monitors inventory and order flows, coordinates with warehouse and operations teams, and tracks shipments to support smooth fulfillment and customer satisfaction. The role involves analyzing sales performance, preparing basic reports, and identifying opportunities to improve conversion, average order value, and customer experience. The Ecommerce Coordinator also collaborates with customer service, sales, and marketing teams to support promotions, resolve escalations, and maintain high standards of online brand presentation.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Strong E-Commerce knowledge, including familiarity with online marketplaces, brand websites, and order management workflows.
- Solid Analytical Skills to track key metrics, interpret sales and traffic data, and support data-driven decisions.
- Customer Service orientation with the ability to coordinate issue resolution, support post-purchase queries, and maintain a customer-first approach.
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders in a clear and professional manner.
- Sales awareness and commercial mindset to support promotions, upselling opportunities, and overall revenue growth.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and basic reporting tools; comfort working with e-commerce dashboards and inventory systems.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple listings, deadlines, and priorities accurately.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in e-commerce or retail.
- Experience in fashion, footwear, or lifestyle retail, and familiarity with premium or global brands, is an advantage.
