Job Title: Senior Project Manager – E-commerce

About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager (E-commerce) to lead and manage end-to-end e-commerce projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, stakeholder coordination, Agile methodologies, and delivering scalable digital commerce solutions on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of e-commerce projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business, Product, Development, QA, UI/UX, and Operations
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans
• Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular project status updates
• Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality standards
• Coordinate sprint planning, backlog management, and Agile ceremonies
• Drive continuous process improvement and optimize project delivery
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Project Management, with significant experience in e-commerce projects
• Proven experience delivering B2C/B2B e-commerce platforms and digital transformation initiatives
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC
• Experience working with platforms such as Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or similar is preferred
• Excellent project planning, risk management, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, or Microsoft Project
• PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification is an added advantage
