About the Role:

As part of the 1,000 Families Initiative, Dream USA Regional Centers is expanding in the Indian market. We are looking for a well-connected EB-5 Consultant to be the primary liaison for high-net-worth Indian investors, F-1 students' families, and H-1B professionals seeking permanent U.S. residency. You will guide investors through our $800,000 TEA projects and explain the benefits of our RCaaS platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Identify and secure high-net-worth clients in India interested in U.S. immigration through investment.
• Client Education: Host seminars and consultations to explain the EB-5 process and financial models.
• Source of Funds Navigation: Help clients gather financial documents and navigate local RBI guidelines, LRS, and TCS compliance.
• Project Pitching: Present our investment portfolios in Real Estate, Healthcare, and Technology.
• Partner Networking: Build a referral network with wealth managers, CAs, family offices, and attorneys across India.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3 to 5 years in investment immigration, private banking, wealth management, or financial consulting in India.
• Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the local high-net-worth market and existing investor relationships.
• EB-5 Expertise: Familiarity with the U.S. EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program is highly preferred.
• Communication Skills: Excellent presentation skills with full professional proficiency in English and Hindi.
