Earthful is a VC funded, FMCG company focused in the health and wellness space. We recently featured on Shark Tank India, and are on a mission to build Indias most trusted clean-label wellness brand.

The founders (Sudha Gogineni and Veda Gogineni) are graduates from IIT Kharagpur and ISB with a multitude of experience across multinational companies & startups, such as Uber, Meesho, Deutsche Bank, ITC.

Earthful is an early stage startup and hence the candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with the founders. We are looking for a candidate passionate about scaling a startup

Job Summary: Were hiring a Operations Manager to lead the backbone of our brand Supply Chain, Factory Operations, and Warehousing. This is a high-ownership role where youll work closely with leadership to build scalable, efficient and tech-enabled ops processes.

Location: Full-time position, based out of Own the End-to-End Supply Chain

Manage procurement to last-mile delivery - ensure smooth coordination across factories, warehouses, and logistics partners.
Handle demand planning, quality assurance, and onboarding of new manufacturing units; ensure adherence to timelines and compliance standards.
Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements in warehousing, logistics, and manufacturing to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enhance service levels.
Lead WMS adoption, track stock movements, maintain healthy inventory levels, and reduce fulfilment errors or stockouts.
Leverage Tech & Analytics for Scale:
Use ERP tools, dashboards, and forecasting models to bring efficiency and visibility into ops. Strong command of data is a must.
Build & Lead High-Performance Ops:
Coordinate cross-functionally with CX, Finance, Product & Marketing. Build SOPs, reduce costs, and solve problems before they become bottlenecks.
Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a high-performance culture, providing training, and ensuring KPIs are met.
