E-learning Developer

We are looking for a L&D Specialist (motion graphics - e-learning developer) which will be a pivotal creator role responsible for transforming product knowledge, configuration steps, and technical concepts into high-quality micro-learning videos, walk throughs, visuals, and interactive content.

This role blends learning design, media production, and AI tooling to build content at scale

for Learning Hub. You will be the engine behind our Learning Visual Content

Factory producing Synthesia-style micro modules, product configuration explainers, and

branded visuals that make complex topics simple, engaging, and accurate.

Experience - 4-11 years

Location - Thiruvananthapuram

Requirement:

• Create short micro-learning videos (35 mins) using AI avatar tools like Synthesia
• Produce product walkthroughs and screen demos using Camtasia, Loom, OBS
• Build motion graphics and explainers (After Effects, Premiere Pro or similar)
• Convert scripts/storyboards into interactive learning modules
• Design learning visuals diagrams, infographics, thumbnails, overlays
• Collaborate with product SMEs to simplify technical SaaS workflows
• Rapidly update learning content for frequent product releases
• Maintain consistent branding and content quality across LMS platforms

Must Have:

• 4-7 years in video production, multimedia design, or learning media
• Strong experience creating micro-learning / short-form content for SaaS or tech products
• Hands-on with AI video tools + screen recording software
• Experience on LMS
• Ability to translate technical concepts into simple visual stories
• AI avatar tools like Synthesia
