Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an E-Commerce Website Manager based in the Greater Surat and Ahmedabad Area. The E-Commerce Website Manager will oversee the management and performance of the online store. Daily responsibilities include managing content updates, analyzing web traffic and user behavior, implementing e-commerce strategies, collaborating with internal teams on design and development updates, and ensuring optimal functionality and user experience of the website. The role also involves coordinating promotional campaigns and ensuring accurate product listings.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of E-Commerce operations and strategies
• Experience in Web Analytics to analyze and improve website performance
• Proficiency in Content Management for maintaining and updating online inventory
• Skills in Web Design and ensuring a seamless user experience
• Project Management expertise to coordinate and oversee website updates and campaigns
• Good understanding of SEO and digital marketing strategies
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Shopify, or similar e-commerce platforms
• Prior experience in retail or jewelry e-commerce is an added advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field is preferred
