Role Overview

We are looking for an E-Commerce Operations Manager who will own end-to-end cataloguing and daily management of our website and marketplace accounts. This role is critical to how the brand shows up online — accuracy, consistency, and execution excellence are non-negotiable.

You will be responsible for ensuring every product is presented flawlessly, updated on time, and managed actively across all digital sales channels.


Key ResponsibilitiesCatalog & Content Management

  • Own complete product cataloguing across website and marketplaces
  • Upload and maintain product data: names, descriptions, pricing, variants, size charts, imagery
  • Ensure brand-consistent copy aligned with Outerworld’s premium positioning
  • Coordinate with creative teams for images, videos, and content updates

Website Operations

  • Manage product launches, drops, and updates on the D2C website
  • Maintain clean navigation, collections, filters, and merchandising logic
  • Monitor inventory sync, pricing accuracy, and product availability

Marketplace Management

  • Manage seller accounts across platforms (Amazon, Myntra, Ajio, Flipkart, etc.)
  • Ensure compliance with marketplace guidelines and listing standards
  • Monitor listing health, suppression issues, and resolve errors proactively
  • Optimize listings for discoverability and conversion (titles, attributes, keywords)

Daily Operations & Coordination

  • Work closely with supply chain, warehouse, and tech teams
  • Track stock availability and prevent overselling or dead inventory
  • Maintain SOPs for cataloguing, uploads, and updates
  • Support campaigns, sales events, and promotional uploads

Reporting & Hygiene

  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy across all platforms
  • Track basic performance metrics (sell-through, stock ageing, listing health)
  • Flag operational issues before they impact sales or brand perception

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 1 year of experience in E-commerce operations, cataloguing, or marketplace management
  • Hands-on experience with D2C websites + Indian marketplaces
  • Strong attention to detail — zero tolerance for sloppy listings
  • Comfortable working with CMS platforms (Shopify/WooCommerce preferred)
  • Clear understanding of premium / lifestyle / fashion brands
  • Organized, process-driven, and execution-focused
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership
