Beauty Advisor

• A Beauty Advisor acts as a brand representative and retail expert, helping customers select cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance products to meet their needs. They demonstrate products, provide personalized beauty consultations, achieve sales targets, and maintain store displays. Key responsibilities include product education, customer service, and inventory management. 

Core Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Consultation: Greeting customers, identifying their beauty needs, and offering expert advice on skincare routines and makeup application.
• Product Demonstration: Testing products on clients, applying makeup, and explaining the benefits and ingredients of products.
• Sales & Targets: Driving sales by recommending products, upselling/cross-selling, and meeting daily or monthly sales goals.
• Merchandising & Inventory: Keeping work areas clean, replenishing stock, and organizing displays to match the brand’s image.
• Product Knowledge: Staying updated on beauty trends, new product launches, and in-depth product information. 

Requirements & Skills

• Experience: Previous experience in retail or the beauty industry is often preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and sales skills.
• Knowledge: Deep knowledge of cosmetics, skincare, and application techniques.
• Attributes: Passion for beauty, customer-oriented, and a professional, groomed appearance.
