About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Operations Executive to manage and streamline our online marketplace operations. The role involves handling day-to-day operations across platforms, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth order processing, inventory management, and product listing management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations across marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
  • Handle product listings, including creation, updates, and optimization of product details.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to avoid stockouts or overselling.
  • Track and manage order processing, dispatch, returns, and cancellations.
  • Coordinate with logistics partners and warehouse teams for timely order fulfillment.
  • Monitor product performance, pricing, and competitor activities.
  • Work closely with the marketing/ads team to ensure proper product visibility.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare daily/weekly sales and operations reports.
  • Resolve operational issues related to orders, inventory, and listings.
  • Ensure all listings follow marketplace guidelines and compliance requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management.
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or other marketplaces.
  • Good understanding of order management, inventory management, and product listing processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with D2C brands or e-commerce startups.
  • Basic knowledge of Amazon Ads or marketplace promotions.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
