• Timing: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM | Monday to Saturday

About Us:

Pro Effex is a growing D2C cosmetics brand operating on Shopify and Amazon. We are looking for a candidate to handle our daily order operations from our Maninagar office.

Responsibilities:

• Process and manage daily orders (Shopify / Amazon)
• Handle labeling, packaging, and dispatch preparation
• Print invoices and shipping labels
• Coordinate with Shiprocket / Delhivery for timely dispatch
• Track shipments and manage returns/exchanges
• Maintain basic inventory records

What We're Looking For:

• Basic MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word)
• Knowledge of Shopify, Amazon, Shiprocket/Delhivery = strong advantage
• Organized, punctual & able to work independently
• Residing in or nearby Maninagar, Ahmedabad
