  • D2P Autoparts is a fast-growing e-commerce brand specializing in Automotive Parts and Accessories. We are dedicated to providing top-quality products to our customers across various online platforms.
  • We are looking for a dynamic and driven Ecommerce Executive for Channel management & Customer Service to join our team and help us scale our operations across third-party marketplaces and our Shopify website.

Job Description:

  • As an Ecommerce Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our online sales channels, including eBay, Amazon, and Shopify.
  • You will be responsible for listings publishing and management, pricing research, optimization, and Customer Service. Additionally, you will conduct product research and manage PPC and sponsored advertising campaigns to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Listings Management: Create, publish, and manage product listings across eBay, Amazon, Shopify, and other relevant marketplaces. Ensure listings are optimized for search visibility and conversion.
  • Pricing Research & Optimization: Conduct market research to set competitive pricing strategies. Monitor pricing trends and adjust prices accordingly to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Product Research: Identify new product opportunities by analysing market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities. Recommend new products for listing based on research.
  • Channel Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our sales channels, ensuring consistent performance and growth.
  • Monitor channel health, including inventory management, customer service, and fulfilment.
  • PPC & Sponsored Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimize PPC and sponsored ad campaigns across marketplaces and Google Ads.
  • Analyse campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve ROI.
  • Sales & Performance Reporting: Generate regular reports on sales performance, advertising effectiveness, and marketplace metrics.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the product procurement, technology, and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations and alignment with company goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Proven experience in managing e-commerce marketplaces such as eBay, Amazon, and Shopify.
  • Strong understanding of listing optimization, pricing strategies, and product research.
  • Experience with PPC and sponsored advertising, including campaign setup and optimization.
  • Proficiency with tools like Excel, Google Analytics, and marketplace management platforms.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
