E-commerce Consultant for India Launch Blueprint (Import, 3PL & Cost Modeling)

We are seeking a knowledgeable E-commerce Consultant / Supply Chain Strategist to build a comprehensive Launch Blueprint for our Beauty & Hair Accessories brand entering the Indian market.

This is a Phase 1 Planning Consultation only. We want to map out all costs and timelines precisely before executing.

📌 Scope of Work (Deliverables):

• Import & 3PL Strategy: Recommend the most cost-effective 3PL options in India and detail the customs clearance process for beauty & hair accessories.
• Financial Modeling: Provide a clear breakdown of landing costs, 3PL warehousing fees, marketplace commission margins, and hidden costs (like Cash on Delivery/returns). [
• Launch Timeline: Create a realistic, phased timeline covering legal compliance (GST/IEC setup), freight forwarding, inventory check-in, and marketplace onboarding.

🎯 Requirements:

• Deep operational knowledge of the Indian e-commerce landscape, cross-border logistics, and customs clearance.
• Strong financial modeling or business planning skills.
• Experience launching imported consumer goods in India.
